Perfect if you have never studied German. This A1 German course teaches A1 level German from scratch: the alphabet, pronunciation, numbers, colours, A1 vocabulary (Wortschatz), grammar (Grammatik), and the basics of everyday conversation. By the end, you will be able to introduce yourself, ask for directions, and understand simple signs.
You'll start with the alphabet and end able to introduce yourself, order food, ask for directions, and hold a short conversation. We focus on what you actually need to say, not what a textbook says to memorize. Speaking starts on day one, not after weeks of grammar drills. You'll write a sentence in class, then say it out loud right after. By the end you'll be comfortable speaking in front of your small batch without switching back to English.

Elementary
You've finished A1. Now learn to talk about your life in German.
This German A2 course is for learners who already have the basics. You'll learn to say what you did last weekend, explain why you're late, compare two flats, give your opinion and get through a doctor's appointment or a call with your landlord. Along the way you build your A2 vocabulary (Wortschatz) and grammar (Grammatik), and by week 8 you're at German A2 level and ready for the Goethe-Zertifikat A2.
