Yes. Every exercise on this page is free and works without an account. If you register, your best score for each exercise is saved.
No. The tasks follow the telc B1 format (same task types, number of questions and difficulty), but all texts were written by German Notes. telc publishes its own official practice test on its website.
Start with the part that has the most points for you to win. Lesen and Hören are each worth 75 points, Sprechen 75, Schreiben 45 and Sprachbausteine 30. Then use the grammar exercises to fix the mistakes you keep making.
You need 60% in the written exam and 60% in the oral exam. If you reach 70% or more in timed practice for every part, you have a safe margin.
